We offer a range of delivery options depending on the size of your safe and your requirements. Please review the key points below before placing your order.

Delivery Options

• Standard Delivery (Kerbside) – Safe is delivered to the nearest accessible point at your address
  
• Room of Choice – Safe is placed inside your property (including upstairs if declared in advance)
  
• Installation – Safe is delivered, positioned and fixed in place
  
• Ammo Safes – Delivered via courier to your door (no placement or installation included)
  

Access & Delivery Requirements

• Deliveries are typically made using a large vehicle (similar in size to a fire engine)
• If special arrangements are required (e.g. smaller vehicle), additional charges may apply
  

You must inform us in advance of:

• Access restrictions
• Narrow roads or limited parking
• Any steps or stairs (inside or outside the property)

Room of Choice & Installation

• We will contact you before delivery to confirm access details
  
• Stairs must be declared in advance so the correct equipment can be arranged
  
• Installation includes fixing the safe, but is carried out at the customer’s risk

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed due to:

• Access issues
  
• Customer not present
  
• Incorrect or missing information
  

A re-delivery charge will apply
